Good English breakfast - something for everyone. Comfy and well-equipped room with coffee and tea making equipment, a flat-screen TV, and a writing table.

We both greatly enjoyed it, the place is nicely decorated and modern and suited fine. The hotel had a pleasant restaurant for breakfast. The service here was good.

The hotel has good location short walk to a decent restaurant and a well stocked bar, desert, and communal areas. The standard king room in character had basic facilities you need. The staff was very courteous and amazingly nice and always helped me.

The breakfast was good, the stuff was knowledgeable, the grounds where exceptionally clean. The bathroom in my standard double room was reasonably large. It was good sized and the bed was amazing.

The place was stunningly beautiful and absolutely fantastic, we truly enjoyed it. The location for Sudbury was stunning, not far from a decent restaurant and a well stocked bar, a river with meadows and a canal.

The location of the hotel was pleasant, by the meadows. Besides, we were near the restaurant of an evening, and the centre of town.

Certainly a peaceful experience for summer holidays in Sudbury. The breakfasts with adequate food. Location - magnificent right by the centre of town, and a canal and meadows with cattle. And near Victorian Baths.

Lots of great food, I loved it. The hotel was in an incredible location near to a local pub, the restaurant and a canal and meadows with cattle.

We chose this hotel because of its situation overlooking the water meadows and because it is quiet. We enjoyed our evening meal and the breakfast was good too.

The outside of the hotel is rather scruffy especially the side entrance which is next to dustbins.

Stunning and incredible location, it was close to the train station. The room was neat and beautiful with a great view and the staff amiable. The service was very good, the food was fabulous. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Sudbury.

Reasonably clean, pet-friendly hotel. Decent size and beautiful rooms with air con-very hot, views over both, for example and large breakfast. Excellent location adjacent to a pond with swans, the town centre and a decent restaurant, could not be better. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Church of st Andrew.

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean with very obliging and perfect staff members. Fantastic and spacious rooms, the views were good. It was based in amazing building in a stunning and pleasant location, on the river. I had a great time at this property and would consider staying here again.
